The non-refundable deposit for the tattoo will be applied to the final cost upon completion of the tattoo. This deposit compensates the artist for their preparation time. In the event of a no-call no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. Tattoos by Noelle™ mandates a 24-hour cancellation notice.

The consent form completed by clients prior to the procedure may highlight specific circumstances where a tattoo may not be suitable; should such a situation arise, we will address the safety concerns with the client, although such occurrences are infrequent.

Typically, a new tattoo can "cover up" or "correct" most existing tattoos, even those that are poorly done. To schedule a consultation, please send us an email.
